  • Dengineer UG is registered at Amtsgericht 58097 Hagen under the Handelsregister-Nummer HRB 12960.

  • These terms govern all sales, transactions, and interactions on our website.
  • By purchasing from or using our site, you agree to comply with these Terms and Conditions.

2. Definitions

3. Eligibility & Restrictions

  • Customers must be at least 18 years old or have parental/guardian consent to make a purchase.
  • eKnitter mainboards are intended for use by knitting machine repair professionals and must be installed strictly according to our official manual and guidelines.
  • Modification, reverse engineering, cloning, or unauthorized redistribution of our products is strictly prohibited.
  • Any unauthorized modifications to the hardware, firmware, or software may void warranty coverage and invalidate CE/FCC compliance.
  • Our products are certified under CE and FCC standards only. They may not meet regulatory requirements in other jurisdictions. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that purchase, importation, use, or resale of our products complies with all applicable local laws and regulations. These products are not intended for sale or use in countries where other certifications are required.

4. Product Information

  • We strive to provide accurate product descriptions, but minor variations in design and functionality may occur.
  • eKnitter products come with pre-installed firmware.
  • Customers are responsible for ensuring product suitability for their intended use.

5. Ordering Process

  • Orders are processed only upon successful payment confirmation.
  • Currently, we only accept PayPal as a payment method.
  • Customers will receive an order confirmation email once their purchase is successfully placed.
  • We reserve the right to cancel orders due to pricing errors, stock unavailability, or suspected fraudulent activity.

6. Pricing & Taxes

All prices are listed in EUR (€) and may include or exclude VAT, depending on the buyer’s location.

The applicable VAT rate is determined based on your shipping address.

Customers outside the EU may be responsible for additional customs duties, import taxes, or other fees, which are not included in our prices and must be paid upon delivery.

Shipping Costs

  • Shipping costs are flat rates per region and include both shipping fees and packaging materials.
  • The applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout based on your delivery address.

7. Shipping & Delivery

  • We ship once a week, and customers will receive a tracking ID once the order is shipped.
  • Depending on the destination country, we use DHL and UPS as our main shipping providers.
  • Estimated delivery times vary based on location and carrier schedules.
  • The customer is responsible for any customs clearance procedures and potential import fees.

8. Returns & Refund Policy

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union (EU) or the United Kingdom (UK), you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day you or a third party (other than the carrier) received the goods.

Customers must contact us within 14 days of the order to receive return instructions before sending back an item.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • In the return request email, customers must provide proof of shipment or a tracking number.
  • Returns without prior approval will not be accepted.

Effects of Withdrawal

Once the return is approved and the goods are received, we will refund your payments within 14 days. Refunds will be issued via the original payment method, and no fees will be charged.

You are responsible for any loss in value if the goods were handled beyond what is necessary to check their condition and function.

No Right of Withdrawal for US Customers

The right of withdrawal does not apply to customers in the United States. Returns or refunds for US orders are only accepted in case of defective items.

9. Intellectual Property

  • All designs, trademarks, logos, and software related to eKnitter are the property of Dengineer UG.
  • Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or reverse engineering of our products is strictly prohibited.
  • eKnitter firmware and software may not be altered, copied, or redistributed without express written permission from Dengineer UG.
