1. Start: Knit 1 row (left → right) with the K carriage, KC II selected, no tuck buttons. Park the K carriage on the right.
2. Lace rows: Run the L carriage until the tuck stitches are selected. Park the L carriage on the left.
3. Start with Tuck. Knit 2 rows: With the K carriage. Park on the right.
4. Lace again: Run the L carriage until the tuck stitches are selected. Park on the left.
5. Repeat these steps continuously.
Pattern note: In the middle of the design, knit 4 tuck rows instead of 2.
