It is a Tuck & Lace Pattern:

Start with the K carriage on the left. Knit one row to the right, then activate Tuck and knit back to the left.

Next, work with the Lace carriage from the right. Continue knitting lace until the tuck stitches have been selected with the L carraige.

The needle selection will guide you, showing which carriage you need to move next.
