1. How do I resolve connection issues with my eKnitter?
- Ensure your knitting machine and eKnitter are powered on.
- Check if the Wi-Fi symbol is visible on the eKnitter display.
- Only run one instance of eKnitter software on your PC.
- Verify that your computer is connected to your home Wi-Fi (or just deactivate and activate your Wi-Fi on your computer)
- Check your firewall and antivirus settings; some users found their antivirus was blocking access.
- Click Refresh in the software to reconnect.
- If the issue persists, try reinstalling the software and ensuring it unzipped properly.
2. What should I do if my knitting pattern is shifted or not centered?

5. I see a stripe pattern?
We highly recommend using your eKnitter only when the machine is fully closed. Exposed electronics can easily lead to a short circuit. If this happens, parts of the eKnitter board may be damaged, often resulting in a visible stripe pattern. If you encounter this issue, please contact us — we can provide guidance on how to repair it.
