Hi all,

I'm trying to knit with my newly purchased KG88 carriage (and KH910). The carriage works, and it is recognised by eKnitter. But when I press knit in the eKnitter-AYAB software, the black line moves up very fast and the carriage just knits left rows - but the pattern would be left/right.

What am I missing here? Anyone else had this problem and was able to fix it? Thank you! 🙂

Ok, so I gave it one last try and realised that I had to really push the garter carriage all the way to the left. Then it beeped twice and after that it worked.

Hi, I try to follow what happened? You wrote: "the black line moves up very fast" yes this is normal when you activate Download the entire image will be sent to eKnitter and saved that is why you see the black line moving up.  What do you mean with: "but the pattern would be left/right"? you can also start on the right side. double beep? eKnitter only beeps after one pattern is finished. I have difficult to understand what you did. If you send the pattern to the machine and you move the garter carraige without knitting back and forth over the knitting machine you should see on the display that the rows count up alreday. If you still struggle you can send a video which shows what you do.
